1. Account Registration and Eligibility

1.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account with jlmaam. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein. jlmaam reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts may be suspended or terminated if satisfactory proof cannot be provided. It is a criminal offense to allow anyone under the age of 21 to gamble or to facilitate underage gambling.

1.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of playing. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2. Use of the Service and Player Conduct

2.1 Permitted Use

2.3 Account Suspension and Termination

jlmaam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you will forfeit any remaining account balance if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

jlmaam accepts deposits via various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours, though in some cases verification procedures may extend this timeframe. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. jlmaam reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity or if you have not met the wagering requirements associated with any bonuses claimed. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, promotions, and free bets are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. In the absence of specific terms, a standard wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount applies. Only wagers placed with real money count toward wagering requirements, and different games contribute differently to these requirements as specified in the promotion terms.

All financial transactions on jlmaam are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider will handle the currency conversion and may charge additional fees. jlmaam is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall jlmaam, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. In no event shall jlmaam's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have paid to jlmaam in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure

jlmaam shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from any cause beyond jlmaam's reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation, natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, governmental action, or Internet service provider failures or delays.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the Philippines for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have any dispute with jlmaam, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with jlmaam only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations are not permitted.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

jlmaam reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

12.2 Severability

12.4 Assignment

These Terms and any rights and licenses granted hereunder may not be transferred or assigned by you but may be assigned by jlmaam without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment by you in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
